Ever wonder if it's possible to travel while still eating clean and healthy? The answer is mostly yes, but it's not easy! The two fit girls had to split apart this week as Nicole went on up to good ol' New Orleans for the weekend. Lauren held down the fort; quite literally, watching over Nicole's house and dog. Lauren had a whole new set of challenges she faced this week as well, the most prominent was being without Nicole for a whole 4 days (ok, maybe not, but Nicole would like to think so)!!! The week started out strong, working with Mark the Trainer on Monday and Wednesday. We got our butts kicked as usual, but we also learned a new skill....ROLLLINGGG...
